Ray Strauss is the Senior Pastor for The Church at Sun Valley. He comes from a background of 13 years of ministry. Having served in senior pastor and associate pastor roles, he understands the dynamics of casting a vision and leading a team into effective ministry. Ray's remarkable love for God and people are evident in his preaching and teaching. His wife Christina and their three sons, Joshua, Caleb, and Samuel are all very excited at the opportunities God continues to provide to share the love of Jesus Christ with the people in NW Phoenix. Pastor Daniel and family

Daniel Scott is The Church at Sun Valley's co-founding church planter. He holds a two Bachelor's degrees from Oklahoma Baptist University; one in finance, the other in ministry. He has also studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Having served in the ministry and spent time in the corporate business environment, Pastor Daniel is able to bring a unique and balanced perspective to ministry. As the Executive Pastor for The Church at Sun Valley, Daniel oversees the discipleship ministries and administration of the church.
His wife Mindy and their two sons, Benjamin and Matthew, enjoy caring for the newest additions to the Scott family. Twins Jadyn and Jordyn were born July, 2007. You can contact Daniel at daniel@sunvalleyfamily.org.
