When a church's vision is seen through the lens of Jesus Christ, the view is spectacular.  The Church at Sun Valley has a vision to influence and impact our community, city, and world with the powerful love and truth of Jesus Christ.  While the message is static and unchanging, the process is dynamic and constantly changing to meet the needs of our changing world.

The Church at Sun Valley embraces the eternal truths of the Christian faith.  Those truths we believe continually shape who we are, what we do, and how we live.  We believe the local church is God's people entrusted with the Good News of Jesus Christ and therefore the hope of the world.  When we are faithful with this stewardship, God is glorified, people are blessed, and the church grows healthier.

In a nutshell, what should a follower of Jesus Christ be about?  Jesus Himself answered that simple question when he replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.  A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ (Matthew 22:37-39).  He later went on to say,  “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20).  This is the what The Church at Sun Valley is all about.
